Each of us has a unique story to tell and new chapters to write. While our specific situations, challenges, calls to adventure, mentors and magic elixirs differ, we each have an amazing story with pages still to write. Whether you’re making – or surviving – waves as a new parent, starting or changing your career, climbing the corporate or executive ladder, experiencing life as a new empty-nester, leaving or re-entering the workforce, becoming an entrepreneur, moving to a new city… you desire and DESERVE a fulfilling and successful story.

My story has included those leadership and transition moments and more. I’ve experienced a multi-decade corporate career, marriage career, parenting career… you get the picture. Throughout it all, my personal studies and bookshelves, and community and corporate ‘give back’ time have centered on humans: how we think, how our thoughts drive our behaviors, how to reach our potential, how I can be a better one, and how I personally can make a unique, positive impact on others. This led me to Coaching – a vocation I am deeply passionate about, enabling me to make a real difference in the world, one person at a time.

I help impact-driven people harness their personal leadership and power during times of growth, transition or opportunity, so they can bust barriers and make waves – or survive waves.

We start with a courtesy 45-minute Discovery Call to discuss your goal and confirm that my services are your best fit. From there, we have multiple options. One option consists of a powerful, one-time Personal Leadership Assessment and 90 minute debrief session resulting in a personalized report and at least 2 actions you can take to immediately improve your effectiveness.

You may also seek a more in-depth, extended guidance experience. In this option, I will guide you from where you are now to where you want to be via a 3 to 6 month, 1:1 partnership. We’ll uncover your goals, unlock your motivation, build your confidence, and equip you with the skills to reach your potential and your goals.

To succeed in my new role, I had to improve not only my influence down the organization through indirect management relationships but also understand how to influence up and manage different organizational stakeholders [across regions].
